Our main website is password protected. Access to our website is normally restricted to bona fide retail businesses and distributors. If you own a retail business and would like to see our product range, please contact us.
Freight Charges
Our minimum value for website orders is $200 excluding GST
Orders over $850 ex GST are freight free.
Orders below $850 ex GST are charged a flat delivery fee, according to location:
New South Wales - $20 ex GST
Victoria & Queensland - $25 ex GST
South Australia - $30 ex GST
Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania - $35 ex GST
You can also collect stock from our warehouse. To do this, put a note in the special instructions when checking out. We will contact you when your goods are ready to be picked up.
Stock Availability
The availabilty of stock is listed underneath the product information.
"Available" means that this item is in stock.
"Low in stock" means that we may have only a few units left, and cannot guarantee availability.
"Out of stock" means that the item is unavailable - either it is sold out, or is a new item that is not in stock yet. You can still order this item - it will be placed on backorder and shipped if and when it is back in stock.
Items marked "On Order" are due to come into our warehouse sometime in the future. We cannot always guarantee a specific date; however, the item will generally be in stock within 2 - 12 weeks.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days and leave the warehouse within a further 1-3 business days.
Shipping time varies depending on your location, but is generally 1-5 business days. For more specific information, please refer to Direct Freight's ETA Calculator.
