Shipping, Coverage and Freight Charges
TNW Australia is a ‘trade only’ supplier. Goods are only offered for sale and shipping within the Australian mainland and Tasmania.
The shopping basket will add freight to your order when it is processed. A list of shipping charges for each state is shown below.
Orders over $1,200 ex GST are freight free.
Orders below $1,200 ex GST are charged a delivery fee, according to location:

You can also collect stock from our warehouse. To do this, put a note in the special instructions when checking out. We will contact you when your goods are ready to be picked up.
Stock Availability
The availabilty of stock is listed underneath the product information.
“Available” means that this item is in stock.
“Low in stock” means that we may have only a few units left, and cannot guarantee availability.
“Out of stock” means that the item is unavailable – either it is sold out, or is a new item that is not in stock yet. You can still order this item – it will be placed on backorder and shipped if and when it is back in stock.
Items marked “On Order” are due to come into our warehouse sometime in the future. We cannot always guarantee a specific date; however, the item will generally be in stock within 2 – 12 weeks.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days and leave the warehouse within a further 1-3 business days.
Shipping time varies depending on your location, but is generally 1-5 business days. For more specific information, please refer to Direct Freight’s ETA Calculator.

NB: Direct Freight will be delivering goods between Christmas and New Year. Orders will need to be dispatched from our warehouse before we close on the 23rd December for this to occur. As Christmas is a particularly busy time; delivery may affect normal delivery estimates.

Returns
TNW Australia Pty Ltd offers its products only to resellers. All sales are final. TNW Australia Pty Ltd does not offer goods on a sale or return basis. TNW Australia Pty Ltd will credit any delivery shortages or faulty items. Please notify us on delivery (or at least within 14 days) of shortages or claims for faulty products.
